"First eat right!!! Eat 4-5 small balanced portion meals a day drink plenty of water.
My breakfast would be : 3 egg whites fried in coconut oil, fruits or berries and coffee no sugar maybe a splash if milk for the taste
snack : 10 almonds and half of banana
Lunch: salmon and salad with no dressing you can add a little olive oil instead
snack : apple or protein shake ( i am not a bog fan of protein shakes though i prefer natural food)
dinner : grilled fish/shrimp/tofu and veggies
i stay away from meat and chicken usually unless i am out and having dinner at a nice steak house then i’ll have a rib eye with a glass of red cabernet :)"
